1968 – Acquired Cape & Islands Flight Service, Inc. providing “air-taxi”

 

1986 – Became one of seven FedEx Feeder Aircraft Operations

 

1988 – Began Flight Operations in support of United Parcel Service (UPS) as a feeder

 

2014 – Merged with Ameriflight, LLC to become the largest Part 135 Cargo airline, serving bases nationwide
